Writing a Last Will and Testament, is well established in the the developed nations as they have plenty to give away. Now that southeast asian countries have caught up in the wealth of this world, this need has become very real. Either you plan and save on all the additional administration costs when you die "Intestate", and put your family through a painful and slow process of the intestacy law administrative process or make it simple and clear with a proper will.

 

Or if you have no family and wants to leave your property or assets to a charity, you will need a Will, otherwise it goes to the nearest person according to the Intestacy Law.
